Crusaders Football Club is thrilled to announce the signing of highly-rated 20-year-old midfielder Alex King on a permanent basis. Alex joins us from Scottish Championship side Greenock Morton, signing an 18-month contract.
A player with an impressive footballing résumé, Alex made his debut for Greenock Morton at just 16 years old in the Scottish Cup against East Kilbride FC. Since then, he has amassed 69 appearances, scoring 5 goals and providing 4 assists. Additionally, he gained valuable experience during a loan spell at League Two side Clyde FC, where he featured in 24 matches, netting 2 goals and delivering 3 assists.
Alex brings skill, flexibility, and a strong work ethic to the midfield. His versatility means he can adapt to various roles on the pitch, and we’re confident he will be a fantastic addition to the squad.
