U20's & U16's Round Up

With the U18's getting a week off first up where the U16's who played away to Institute u16's on Saturday morning. Crusaders U16's got the breakthrough as half time approached with Matthew Beattie getting the goal. Institute U16's came back into briefly at the start of the second half when they equalised but Crusaders U16's stepped up a gear and got their reward when Joel Barr scored what turned out to be the winner on 62 minutes. It leaves the U16's in 4th place three points behind the leaders Linfield U16's

The U20's played out a 2-2 draw at Seaview on Monday night against Glenavon Reserves. Cormac McNally put the visitors ahead on 36 minutes but Karter Bond levelled on 41 minutes to send the sides in all square at half time. Karter Bond doubled his and Crusaders U20's tally on 55 minutes but it was not to be when Daniel Shiel scored the equaliser and the last goal of the game on 68 minutes. It means Crusaders U20's sit sixth in the Development table with nine games played.
