Crusaders Football Club are delighted to confirm 4 new signings on Pre-Contracts.
First up we see the return of Lloyd Anderson to the club. Lloyd left Seaview 2 years ago to pursue regular first team football after a successful loan period at Carrick. Stephen and his coaching continued to monitor Lloyd's progress and development. Lloyd had an exceptional spell at Carrick Rangers where he became a first team regular scoring 6 goals in 32 appearances. The 25 year old attacking midfielder signs on a 3 year deal and will join his new teammates at the conclusion of his current contract with Carrick Rangers.
Another returnee to Seaview is goalkeeper Jordan Williamson. Jordan left Crusaders as a 17 year old to find regular first team football. After 5 years at Ballymena Showgrounds, it's great to see Jordan coming back to Seaview. The 27 year old made 72 appearances for Ballymena United and will join his new teammates at the conclusion of his current contract at Ballymena signing a 3 year deal at Seaview.
Next up we have 22 year old right back Malachy Smith. Mal signs on a 2 year contract having made 30 appearances for Glentoran scoring 2 goals. Mal previously had a loan spell at Ballymena United during his time at The Oval and will join his teammates at the conclusion of his contract at Glentoran. Crusaders would like to thank David Campbell from David Campbell Sports Management Ltd for working on this deal with Mal.
Our 4th announcement of the day is 26 year old striker Mikhail Kennedy. Mikhail will join Crusaders on a 2 year deal from Dergview where he made 31 appearances for the Tyrone side scoring 14 goals to help Dergview stay in the NIFL Championship for next season. The former N Ireland u21 Internationalist has also played for Charlton Athletic & Derry City. We look forward to seeing Mikhail scoring plenty of goals at Seaview.
