Just 39 days after winning the Irish Cup Crusaders got back at it last night with the first training session of pre season 2023/24.
The new signings where welcomed by members of last seasons cup winning team and after the formalities a gym session followed by running and a quick game of football they knew they where back and what lies ahead as pre-season games, European competition and the domestic scene are not far away so building up to match fitness will not take long.
Crusaders of course play their first pre season game on Tuesday night when The New Saints, who are the Welsh Champions, come to Seaview (7.30pm) Tickets are available from www.crusadersfc.com or Harry D's. Buy ASAP and be there to greet the team once again.
