Crusaders Football Club is thrilled to announce its successful application for funding from the Department for Communities (DfC) JobStart Scheme. This funding enables the club to provide invaluable employment opportunities to five young individuals, contributing to both their personal growth and the club's ongoing development.
The DfC JobStart Scheme has approved the creation of five diverse roles within the club, each offering a unique opportunity for hands-on experience and skill development:
1. Football Analyst & Coaching Assistant
2. Social Media & Content Assistant
3. Marketing & Publicity Assistant
4. Football Academy Business & Administrative Assistant
5. McDonald Centre Business & Administrative Assistant
Each position is part-time, with 25 hours of work per week, ensuring a balance between professional development and other commitments. The minimum duration of employment is six months, providing ample time for the successful candidates to immerse themselves in their roles and make meaningful contributions to the club.
Applicants for these positions must meet specific criteria set forth by the DfC JobStart Scheme. They must be aged between 16 and 24 years old and not currently engaged in education, training, or employment.
