Did you know that, in partnership with Grove United Youth FC, Crusaders FC recently launched an inclusive football programme?
Specifically for children aged 7-15 with a learning, physical or sensory impairment, our rapidly-growing joint football programme is always on the look out for new players! Since its establishment in Summer 2024, our sessions have grown to 20+ registered children and we regularly participate in the Irish FA Foundation Junior Disability League in Belfast.
Training currently takes place every Sunday from 11:00am to 12:00pm at Loughshore Education Centre on the Shore Road, and following a brief pause for the Christmas period, sessions will resume in January 2025 at a local indoor venue (details to be confirmed). Football is for everyone, and our ethos is centre upon inclusivity - we aim to provide a safe space for kids with a learning, physical or sensory impairment to participate and enjoy their football under the guidance of qualified coaches.
