HOSPITALITY MANAGER REQUIRED

Crusaders Football Club, a renowned and vibrant sports organisation, is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Hospitality Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the hospitality operations for our busy bar and restaurant, catering to our loyal supporters and visitors. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage a team of service staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products at competitive prices.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Continuously analyse customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Plan and execute special events, including match-day hospitality packages and private functions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to develop innovative strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and implement cost control measures to achieve profitability targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a high-volume bar/restaurant or sports venue.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing memorable experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and willingness to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required in the sports and hospitality industry.
  • A passion for football and familiarity with the dynamics of sporting events is advantageous.
