Crusaders FC are delighted to reinstate the Arthur Brady Lounge at the stadium. Previously located in the old social club, now renovated as The McDonald Centre, the Arthur Brady Lounge upstairs in the newly refurbished Danny Hale Suite will be used as a Players Lounge pre & post match while also operating as a classroom for the Full time Football Academy.
The new ground floor multi-purpose classroom, named the Thomas Palmer Lounge, will also be used by the Full Time academy. 125 years ago Thomas Palmer along with John Hume, Thomas Wade and P McEldowney met in the home of Thomas Palmer (182 North Queen Street) to form Crusaders Football Club. As a fitting tribute, the new classroom will be used inspire and educate the next generation.
We would also like to thank the Fans Project, North Belfast CSC, 1st Glengormley CSC and Billy Montgomery for their kind donations towards the new smart TVs for the Arthur Brady Lounge and Thomas Palmer Lounge located within the Danny Hale Suite under the North Stand.
Huge thanks also to Stephen Cairns and the team at Innov8 for the new carpets and furniture.
