Head of Academy at Crusaders FC Declan Caddell is delighted with the new partnership, "We are now entering our 3rd year of our academy. Having spoken at length with Lee Carroll, we are delighted to agree a partnership ahead of the new academic year. We have invested in new education facilities and feel that it's the right time to implement positive changes to our Post 16 offering and identified The Football Management Company as a key stakeholder to continue our progression. We look forward to working with Lee and his team over the coming months."
Lee Carroll, Director FMC "Its with great pleasure that a Football Club of the stature and rich history of Crusaders FC have chosen the Football Management Company (FMC) to partner in the development of its Full Time Football & Education Academy. FMC are also very excited to announce that Hazelwood Integrated College, have agreed to be the School support link in this project. I am very confident that with the three organisations of Crusaders FC, FMC and Hazelwood Integrated College this Full Time Academy can go on to be one of the best options in the country for any talented young players (16-18 years old) looking to develop not only their playing career but gain the qualifications necessary to go on to Higher Education or gain employment in the Sports Industry."
