Crusaders Reserves where beaten 3-2 by Larne Olympic at Seaview in a very entertaining game this evening.
Karter Bond put Crusaders Reserves ahead after 12 minutes as both sides played good football in an enjoyable game. It stayed 1-0 to half time but after the break it was Larne Olympic who took the game to Crusaders Reserves and equalised on 54 minutes when Callum Cowan scored. Larne Olympics tails where up and they took the lead on 61 minutes when Phoenixx Martin scored to make it 2-1. Crusaders Reserves fought back and Karter Bond got his second and Crusaders Reserves second of the night when he pulled it back to 2-2.
Both sides looked for the win and as it started to head towards a draw Larne Olympic scored what turned out to be the winner on 85 minutes when Micheal Carson put the visitors ahead once again. Crusaders Reserves fought for another equaliser but it wasn't to be and on the whistle it ended 3-2 to the visitors.
With Linfield Swifts winning tonight it cuts Crusaders Reserves lead at the top of the table to one point but they still lead the Premiership Development League heading into next weekd game. Heads up lads and look to getting a win next week away to Ballymena Utd Reserves.
