It was sad and poignant day yesterday when life long supporter John Rice walked past Seaview in his final journey after passing away last week.
Such was the respect for John amongst the Crusaders family, friends gathered at the gates of the ground as the procession passed by each with their thoughts about him. The entire Crusaders squad and management filed in behind the cortege also with players also flanking each side of the funeral car and coffin. A fitting tribute to John who gave so much time for Crusaders Football Club.
