Both Crusaders U18's and Under 16's are in Academy League action this weekend and both are at Seaview on Friday night and Saturday morning respectively.
Crusaders U18's are in their version of the North Belfast Derby when they play Cliftonville Strollers at Seaview on Friday night (8pm) Jimmy Callachers side currenty sit seventh in the table and will go into the game on a high after winning last week in the Junior Shield. They where enjoying a good spell in the league as well with two wins and a draw before defeat to Carrick Rangers U18's stopped them so they have a lot to play for when the whistle goes.
Crusaders U16's where beaten last Saturday morning in their North Belfast Derby by Cliftonville U16's 4-2 but they gave it everything and did not let their heads drop even in defeat. They have a chance to make amends when they play Newry City U16's at Seaview on Saturday morning (10am) and it will give the young side a chance to get back a winning feeling and build grom there.
