Writing is well under way on a book to celebrate 125 of the most significant and influential players from throughout the club’s history.
A long list containing all of the club’s legends, cult heroes and characters has already been worked through by the writers, but they would also like to hear from the club’s supporters to who they might like to see included in the book.
Each generation of supporter has their own favourite player or hero for all manner of reasons. Whether it be a club legend, a loan player who had a significant impact or an under rated player who simply gave their all every time they pulled on a red and black shirt.
The writing team would appreciate if you could name those special players in the posts below as they look to put the finishing touches to this fantastic project.
The book will come in two formats, a standard paperwork version and a special edition hardback version (limited to 125 copies), which will individually numbered and signed by club legends.
